Days of Prayer/Reflection

Cynthia Giardina, M.A. is a Spiritual Director in Natick, Massachusetts and has been a featured speaker at Parish Missions and Adult Formation Sessions in the Greater Boston area.

She earned a Master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Boston College’s Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry.  Cynthia also completed an internship in Spiritual Direction with the Spiritual Direction Internship Initiative, Boston, and has studied Retreat Direction at Loyola House in Guelph, Ontario. 

For 21 years Cynthia was the Pastoral Associate and Director of Religious Education at St. Linus Parish in Natick. Since 2000 she has directed “Holy Pause”, a monthly women’s evening retreat group, at St. Linus. 
“Holy Pause” meets once a month for a 2 hour mini-retreat experience of prayer, quiet time, reflection, and music.

She is married and has a grown daughter.
