Executive Chef / Director of Food Services

Vi Luu joined Campion as its Executive Chef and Director of Food Services in January 2020. Prior to his tenure at Campion, Vi served most recently as the Director of Culinary Services for Maplewoods in Weston and for Waterstone at Wellesley. Previously, he held a similar position at the North Hill Retirement Community in Needham where he managed a staff of 23 cooks and kitchen/dietary workers. Before turning his career interests to long-term care communities, Vi worked as an executive chef for five years at Café Le Anna’s in Boston. Vi was born to Chinese parents who had emigrated to Vietnam, where he was born. The family subsequently settled in the United States where he received his education. He is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and Mandarin Chinese. Vi and his wife are parents to three teenaged and young adult sons. The family lives in Neponset
