Nicole M. Breslin, Chief Executive Officer, came to Campion Center in July 2023 after working more than 20 years in healthcare administration. Nicole is not new to Campion as she served as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from September of 2008 to November of 2015. Prior to returning to Campion Center, Nicole was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Youville House and Youville Place Assisted Living. Her experience includes innovative operations, strategic planning, leadership development, fundraising, and finance.
Nicole was named as “One of Tomorrow’s Leaders of the Catholic Health Ministry” by Catholic Health Association in 2013 for outstanding leadership, community service and passionate commitment to the mission of Catholic health care. She currently serves as the Board Chair for the LeadingAge Massachusetts Board of Trustees.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
Nicole is married with two children. In her leisure time, Nicole loves spending time with her extended family at their log cabin on Lake Ossipee, traveling, hiking, and attending her kids many sporting events.
