Maria Reardon joined Campion Center as Director of Human Resources in August 2026, bringing more than 20 years of human resources experience across healthcare, nonprofit, research, and corporate environments. Throughout her career, Maria has gained broad experience in employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Maria’s approach to human resources has always been centered on people and relationships. She believes in taking the time to listen, getting to know employees, and creating a workplace where people feel welcomed, valued, and supported. Maria enjoys connecting with employees and leaders throughout the organization and was especially drawn to Campion’s strong sense of community, caring environment, and commitment to treating each person with dignity and respect.
Maria earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and her Master of Business Administration from Bentley University. Her education, combined with her years of HR experience, has shaped a thoughtful and practical approach to supporting employees and helping organizations fulfill their mission.
Maria is married and has three children, all currently in college. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and especially loves time spent on Cape Cod. With her children away at school, she treasures the times when everyone is home and the whole family can be together.
